Tariff
A fixed per-unit rate, 7.5%–12% below your prevailing tariff at signing, with no escalation for the life of the PPA.
Billing
Monthly invoice for units delivered only. No capacity charge, no idle fee — you pay for the power that arrives.
Delivery
Power is wheeled to your connection under open access. No new infrastructure is built at your gate.
Performance & insurance
Generation, uptime, O&M and plant insurance sit with us for the full term. Your role is offtake, not operations.
End of term
At year 25 the parties can renew, you may buy out the remaining life of the asset, or supply simply ends — options set out in the PPA.
